Assessments before Training

Before signing up for Maximizer training, we spend time with the customer to ensure they learn what they need. We recommend filling in an assessment form, then we can evaluate their experience and recommend a suitable training plan.  By taking this extra time in assessing the customer's skills we can ensure that you get the right instruction (customization).  All of this is free and there is no obligation. We just want our students to end up with the right training - it is better for them and better for us.

The more input you give us about your experience and objectives, the better we will be at accomplishing your goals for training.

Hands-on Training

In the training, students enjoy hands-on instruction lead by an instructor. Students are provided with manuals so that they can then follow along in the training session (and have a reference for after the course). We write our own Maximizer manuals, so they are designed to cover all the topics we have found most relevant and helpful to our clientele. The manuals are short and concise; and cover the most pertinent features of a program. Many of our students comment on how useful the manuals have been to them after their training.
